EscapeMint is a portfolio tracking and allocation tool only. It does not provide financial advice, execute trades on your behalf, or guarantee investment returns. Backtesting results reflect historical data and do not predict future performance. All investment decisions are your sole responsibility. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.
Your use of EscapeMint is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All data is stored locally on your device or in your personal iCloud container. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on our servers.
EscapeMint is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that calculations will be perfectly accurate. Portfolio values, APY figures, and backtesting results are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for financial decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ShadowPuppet, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of EscapeMint. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the app.
All content, design, code, and trademarks in EscapeMint are the property of ShadowPuppet, LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app.
You may stop using EscapeMint at any time by deleting the app. We reserve the right to discontinue the app or any features at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
